A total of 88 representatives took part in this congress. Tulsi Lal Amatya presented his National Democracy as the political platform for the party. Tulsi Lal Amatya was elected General Secretary by the majority.
He also describes the conflicts and differences with the political ideology of Pushpalal.
यो एपिसोडले नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टीको तेस्रो पार्टी महाधिवेशनको घटनाक्रमलाई वर्णन गर्दछ। यस महाधिवेशनमा जम्मा ८८ जना प्रतिनिधिहरुको सहभागिता रहेको थियो । तुल्सीलाल अमात्यले “राष्ट्रिय प्रजातन्त्र” लाई पार्टीको राजनीतिक मञ्चका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गरेका थिए । यस महाधिवेशनबाट तुलसीलाल अमात्य बहुमतले महासचिवमा निर्वाचित भएका थिए ।
